Have the students keep a 24-hour food record prior to Activity 2B to determine daily caloric intake. Students may need help on serving size and number of servings. Students may determine the number of calories in a serving size by using food labels and food composition tables. A computer dietary analysis program that is for general use may be used if one is available.
